During the 2024 International Commission of Jurists, Ochieng Oginga made a presentation on the landscape of human rights while taking participants through the various international human rights enforcement mechanisms under international and regional laws. The presentation highlighted the practice under the United Nations Framework; the European Union Convention; and the American Convention within the Inter-American system.
